In response to the unprecedented cybersecurity incident that first impacted our organization in late June, our team is preparing to enter the next phase of our system restoration process, which will impact AF Group business operations (excluding AmeriTrust brands). Effective the evening of Sept. 6, we will be conducting additional system updates as the final step in our preparations to bring our systems back online. This step will result in a new digital environment with updated technology that will further enhance the security of customer information and data. While our timeline for full restoration remains fluid, we’re making every effort to minimize disruption and once again provide the high level of service you’ve come to expect from our company.
Please note that we are continuing to emphasize that no customer data was accessed or taken by an unauthorized party in connection with this issue. Also note that emails from policysupport@accidentfund.com regarding billing/payment notifications are legitimate. The formatting was impacted when the messages were converted to email causing them to look suspicious – this issue has been resolved.
